Homeowners Association Assessments are due the first of each month. The
amount is $49.50 per month.
Changes to the exterior
of your home
If you want to make a change
to how your home is viewed from the street, including, sidewalks,
landscaping, paint, etc. you need to get approval from the Architectural
Review Committee. You must fill out a form and add pertinent information
to help the committee understand what you are looking to do.
